Product design
Open memo is a software as a service for team management.
During time it collected UX/UI inconsistencies and suffered the lack of a product strategy for engaging new customers.
I progressively enhanced the experience with heuristic evaluations, integrating user feedbacks and restyling the UI. I shifted the product strategy from feature centered to human centered.
